Hotel Description:		High-rise building with larger than usual self-contained apartments. Located midway between central Surfers and the fashionable Main Beach restaurants. Patrolled surf beaches are just accross the road. There is a large heated swimming and wading pool with plenty of space for the children to run in the gardens. All apartments are non-smoking. A $200.00 CREDIT CARD PRE AUTH BOND IS REQUIRED FOR EACH APARTMENT UPON CHECK IN. Reception hours are 9 am - 5 pm weekdays & 9 am - 12 noon on weekends & public holidays. We have entrances from both the north- and south-bound lanes. The north-bound lane is opposite Australis Soverign. The south-bound lane is opposite Red Rooster.
Car Parking:		One (1) secure basement car space is provided per apartment. Additional spaces are available at $5.00 per night.
Child Policy:		Children 3 years and under stay free unless extra bedding is required. Cot hire is $40.00 per week with linen.
